PARKS & TOURS TRAVEL ADVISOR RATE​

An exclusive 50% discount for admission (entrance only) is offered to the travel advisors when presenting an IATA ID card. ​

This benefit is applied directly at the park ticket booth or by contacting your Xcaret BDM at least 15 days before the visit date. ​

Participant Parks: Xcaret, Xel-Há. Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xavage, Xenses and Xoximilco*.

Please consider the following:​

  • The IATA Travel ID must be an original document (physical ID). Photocopied documents or Digital IDs are not acceptable. ​

  • This offer is not valid for other Travel Agent IDs, family and friends, or for Tour admission that includes transportation. ​

  • Xoximilco Park has a limited capacity. Please reach out to your Xcaret BDM to guarantee your admission. ​

HOTELS TRAVEL ADVISOR RATE​

Enjoy an exclusive 35% discount for Travel Advisors for stays at any of our three properties: Hotel Xcaret Mexico, Hotel Xcaret Arte & La Casa de la Playa. ​

Please note the following:​​

  • The 35% discount applies to the public rates displayed on Hoteles Xcaret's Official website.​

  • Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the arrival date. - Travel Agents must stay and present an official Travel Agent ID. Only IATA, CLIA, or ARC IDs apply. ​

  • The discount cannot be combined with other promotions and is non-commissionable. ​

  • The reservation must have a minimum stay of 2 nights or according to the date restriction. ​

  • This discount is applicable for individual reservations, with a maximum of 3 rooms per Travel Agent.​

The maximum room capacity is: ​

  • 3 Adults + 1 Child ​

  • 2 Adults + 2 Children ​

​

Please note that 4 adults cannot be accommodated in one room.​
